Fits GE Panels with a centered, vertical throw main breaker and 3 1/3" from the bottom of the main breaker cover opening to the top of the first usable branch breaker opening as shown.
 
The generator breaker will occupy positions 1 and 3 on the left side which are the first usable breaker positions as shown.
