This model HOM4P Generator Interlock Kit fits Square D  Homeline 200 amp panels with a 4-pole horizontal-throw main breaker and approx.  2 5/8 - 2 3/4" spacing from main breaker to generrator breaker as shown.   The generator breaker will occupy the top position in the left breaker column.
 
These are very high quality kits and provide everything required for the installation including all placards, a correct size drill bit, name brand thread locking compound, all hardware  and clear installation instructions.
