Model SD40SOL-QO Kit fits 40 position Square D "QO" Panels that have a gen breaker mounted TOP RIGHT and a solar breaker mounted BOTTOM LEFT.
The function is as follows:
Position 1: The Gen Breaker is locked out in the OFF position and the Main Breaker and Solar Breaker may both be turned ON or OFF independently.
Position 2: The Main Breaker AND Solar Breaker are BOTH locked out in the OFF position and the gen breaker may be turned ON or OFF.
